Reviti Life offers an evidence-based and highly engaging user experience that promotes health behaviour change in the areas of nutrition, physical activity and stress reduction. The platform assists users in reaching their health goals and motivates them to change their lifestyles on a daily basis, offering more than 120 health-improving activities and tailored video health education. The platform also connects users with remote health professionals, and with other Reviti Life users, providing coaching support and further motivation from peers.
Reviti Life’s design incorporates concepts from behavioural economics and the latest gaming technology specifically to reach those who are keen to make and sustain positive lifestyle change. The platform effectively targets the “fast-thinking” or emotional part of the brain, which is responsible for the majority of people’s lifestyle choices.
